How to print multiple pages on one page in Google Docs

Taking prints is a vital part of professional life. Most of us print one page per piece of standard-sized paper.

But what would you do if you had to print multiple pages on a single page?

In this tutorial, I will share step-by-step instructions for printing multiple pages in Google Docs.

Step-1: Open Google Docs File.

Step-2: Open Print Setup

Click File on the top left, and then select Print from the dropdown.

Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+P, or click the Print symbol on the toolbar.

Step 3: Set Desired Output

The next step is to enter the number of pages to print on a single printed page.

So, select Pages per sheet and select the number.

For instance, I have selected 4 pages to print on a single sheet.

Step 4: Save as PDF or Print

The left pane shows the preview of the print output.

Afterward, you can save the file as a PDF or select a connected printer.

Conclusion

The only constraint is that you can only print a pre-set number of pages on a sheet. Also note that you can only print a maximum of 16 pages in single page.
