Sometimes, you may need to save PowerPoint slides as images. The requirement may be for saving only one slide as an image or saving all the slides as different images. PowerPoint allows you to do this, and you only have to follow our stepwise method.

Step #1: Open the Presentation
Open the presentation that you want to save as an image.
Step #2: Go to Slide Sorter view
Click on the View tab on the top menu bar.
This will change the ribbon.
In the section Presentation View, click on Silde Sorter.
The view will change to smaller slides tiled side-by-side.
Select the slide that you want to save as an image.
Step #3: Save the slide as an image
Click on the File tab on the top menu bar.
In the File Menu that appears, click on Save As.
The Save As menu appears on the right.
Click on Browse.
PowerPoint will open the File Manager.
Navigate to the folder where you want to save the image.
Type a suitable name for the image.
Click on the small triangle on the extreme right of Save as type.
File Manager offers several choices for file types.
Select the PNG Portable Network Graphics Format (*.png).
Click on Save
PowerPoint will offer two choices for saving the slides:
- Save All slides
- Save Just This One.
Select the one you want and PowerPoint will save one slide or all slides as image(s).
