How to Make a Venn Diagram in Google Slides

For business presentations, you need diagrams. Not only do diagrams keep your audience engaged, they also help you communicate your ideas visually and with less effort.

Venn diagrams are one of such visual tools. They represent the relationship between sets or groups.

Venn diagrams typically have overlapping circles that represent—the elements belonging to each group and the elements on multiple sets at the same time.

This allows comparison and contrast of the differences and commonalities of the groups of interest.

In a Venn diagram, each circle represents a set of elements, and each overlapping area represents relationships between elements of different sets.

You can create Venn diagrams in Google Slides in two ways:

  • Using the Shape tool
  • Using the Diagram tool

We will show you both the methods in easy, stepwise instructions.

Let us begin.
